Shipping & Returns

Our candles are produced in and shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. 


We use PostNord with tracking with all orders. You will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Swedish customers - we highly recommend downloading the app PostNord and put your phone number in the app to receive immediate updates regarding your package. We simply love this app!


If you receive a broken candle (sometimes they are a bit rough when handling the packages during the freight) - the easiest way to report this is to send us pictures of it in an email or through a DM on Instagram - please include your order number too. We will produce a new one and send immediately.
